Paulie's Strength & Motion Dungeon - November 4th workout


Great warm-up run for me tonight before the "dungeon workout" with Jimmy Whittemore.....and then a light lifting work-out due to a wee bit of tendonitis in the left elbow that I have been nursing for a week......all of the weight work-outs for me the past week have been with the dumbbells using just my right arm.

It is starting to sink in that getting back into shape is going to take awhile and that I am very lucky that Whitt has four new little kiddies and that he loves to get out of the house:>) The Battle of the Biggies Duathlon is a week from Sunday and as much as I am looking forward to the event..it is going to be hell for me:>)

Anyone have success doing a lot of these and getting rid of a beer belly and still able to drink all the Smitick's they wanted to??? I am up to 60 a session now and hope to be up to a 100 soon....but I am questioning whether anything is happening?
